Race for future CM of Seemandhra is on !!
Confusion and chaos in Seemandhra leaders … interestingly an undercurrent of race for future CM of Seemandhra state has already began among them. Every leader is putting a brave face of fighting for united Andhra but there is an in-fight for leadership domination among them. They know clearly that Dec 9 statement by Chidambaram is irreversible, all that they are doing now is misleading people that they are for united state. A well thought out stage drama being enacted by them. In future after formation of Telangana, they want to claim that they fought for united Andhra state.
Right now Lagadapati is trying to emerge as a leader among them for potential CM, but problem will be Rayalaseema as he is not acceptable to them at all. While center is obeserving the developments keenly. Center wants a leader who is acceptable to Andhra and Rayalaseema region and can provide a stable govt there, it may nurture and groom Chiranjeevi in coming years. Let us see.

Yes what more can anyone expect form a greedy politician? Thank god there is no such problem in telangana region, but the fact of the matter is we don't have an effective leadership whom we can say from this 3-4 leaders we can go for anyone. Those who r seniors they have no back bone to lead a state. In the new generatio leaders there is lack of wisdom and vision (that suits to the ppl of the region not the multinational cos. and just making region as concerete jungle). We need someone who has a vision of development in everyfield. We need a green revolution in our region we need to upgrade the power plants what we have and build more for self sufficiency. ppl r only looking at hyderabad city and surrounding areas as development this will lead us nowhere but again to a civil war like situation (not literally war but clashes and agitations). This vision I don't see in the leadership.

Mr.syed, The opinion expressed by you is valid, regarding the lack of visionary leaders to lead our telengana forward, well lets accept this as a blessing in disguise,as we should have core group consisting of intelectuals,technocrats,ppl from judiciary & ex police officials, who should make 5,10,15,& 20 year development plans,for all the feilds( agri. power, irrigation,industries,education,health,IT sector,etc) which should be implemented irrelevant of the ruling party,the broad development process should not be deviated this will give direction to governing power.
we need to develop the rural areas on the first priority,thereby giving the most downtrodden, immediate attention.
Any way i am very optimistic about OUR TELANGANA"s future. the ppl should now be holding our elected leaders accountable, as they are doing now.

Lagadapati is just fighting for his LANCO HILLS porject as its still in progress. If you say telangana after 2 years I am sure he'll be ready.
There are 2 ways for lagadapati now.
1. If the state stays united, He will have lanco hills and may become even CM for this state depending on what drama (Overaction) he has shown for Samaikyandhra Drama(Seemandhra)
2. If we get Telangana, He will lose Lanco Hills obviously, but may become CM of Andhra and will try to get more and more Properties in Andhra.

Why will Lagadapati loose Lanco hill even if Telangana forms. He may not make profit out of it ofcourse.

@Srepen…because Lagadapati has taken the WAQF land for development form Govt of AP. But after realizing that the land belonged to WAQF board the Govt didn't do any thing to take it back. Andhra lobby works well every where…!!!

Actually the land they have taken for deveoping IT Sez and now Lagadapati has converted the land into a 90% real estate and 10% for IT companies, he is a talented criminal

Look at the following pdf file, which nothing but the writ petition for the construction of lanco hills, as a case was file by mlc rahman stating that the land given to lanco hills is illegal and after reading the whole thing u will understand how Lagadapati used his power to get the land illegally

Langapaati Ragada Gopi is out of future CM race of Seemandhra, as PM today declared that he is against for ministers and Chief Ministers doing their own business while in such posts.
In such case how can they prefer this joker / broker for this post.
