There is no politician who can avenge his personal interest to implement any thing in favour of public. Any committee any report if the political party doesn't see their own benefits they won't implement. If they a small bit of work they repeat that a trillion times to tell the public that 'i did this for u, i did this for u' how much he gained to do that is 'top secrete' nobody should question this.
