Telangana hits back! ADHURS screening stopped in Telangana in reaction to Kodali Nani’s comments.
Pro-Telangana activists Monday stopped screening of Telugu film “Adurs”, starring Junior NTR, in several parts of Telangana region.
Protesting some remarks of film producer and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) legislator Kodali Venkateswara Rao alias Naani, activists of Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) and other pro-Telangana groups attacked theatres screening the film in six districts.
Protestors broke window panes and set afire posters and cut-outs of the actor at several places. They were protesting remarks made by Naani against the Telangana movement.
The TDP leader had remarked that TRS failed to stop screening of “Adurs” last month as Telangana movement lacked public support. He also claimed that only a few “unemployed” politicians want Telangana state. He also made some comments against TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao and his family members.
The producer’s remarks evoked strong reaction from TRS and even his own party leaders in Telangana.
TRS legislator Harish Rao said their patience should not be misconstrued as their weakness and demanded apology from Naani. He also asked the Telugu film industry to condemn Naani’s remarks.
TRS had last month disrupted the screening of the film at several places in Telangana region on the ground that the producers of the film were opposed to the demand for statehood to Telangana.
The boycott call was given by TRS chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao’s daughter K. Kavita, president of Telangana Jagruthi, the cultural arm of TRS.
The boycott call was later withdrawn on the intervention by all-party Joint Action Committee (JAC) and following a statement by Junior NTR and Movie Artistes’ Association (MAA) that the artistes had no regional feelings.

I think to counter such ppl we should go a further and say 'NO ENTRY' in Telangana area for such junks. Wherever he is seen welcome him with all the garbage avaialable in the garbage bins of GHMC then others also won't dare to try this nuisance again.

Just see the illogical junk head; he had good collections; made a breakeven; now trying to jump realizing that ants are under his pants and screeching away his *****.
We should start what M.K. Gandhi and our freedom struggle with Britishers as tought us: Boycott! Boycotting Andhra Goods!; so let it be TV channels, movies, newspapers OR AndhrAAS owned cloth stores(Chandana, RK and all the series of brothers), Anutex, CMR OR AndhrAAS owned packed foods(H?@@?age? milk and many more..), restaurants, malls, mess, swagruha foods, these recently spread out tea stalls AND Cement companies AND Banks AND stop paying property taxes AND many more to add.
Abstain them and boycott!

So what did you guys analyse after reading this article?
Telangana movement is only in 6 districts.
There is no effect in Hyderabad, khammam,rangareddy & mahaboobnagar. This is a case study of srikrishna commission. Definetly they will make a note of this incident and the response in Telangana. So one more evidence that Telangana movement is very minimal and there is no effect in Hyderabad. This is enough for the commission not to recommend a complete statehood to Telangana instead a state with in a state like in Assam as part of article 244a. This is what loksatta JP has recommended to the central government and BJP top leadership.

just to let you know that KCR loves NTR and that is the same reason he named his son as KTR (TR means Taraka Rama Rao)…He openly said one time that dammuna telugu mogodu NTR and NTR TDP is gone with NTR itself…
so that should clear out that KCR never hates your Jr. NTR …but hates kodali nani..who sees movies as business rather than NTR's acting – How dare he relates movie to movement? you people only plead that politics and movies are different and now you compare!

it is widespread news that kcr's duaghter took rs 2 crores from the producer of adhurs.

Dear friends,
I am from Andhra Region, here i express my own feelings about the present conditions.
1. Why Andhra people opposing telangana formation ?
The real truth is Andhra people doesn't have any opposition towards the demand of telangana, even they sympothised the demand, that's why they never do any demonstrations. Then the question comes why there is opposition now ?
It has three reasons
1. Over a period of time the TRS leaders abused common andhra people insted of leaders, this slowly build the anti feeling towards TRS leaders and they find it hard to keep quite when centre announced the process
2. There is a Apprehension towards sending seemandhra people from hyd, this apprehension grown with the TRS leaders statements and acts
And there is a mental attachment with hyderabad, It will take time to detach as capital
3. There is a apprehension towards water allocation (This also grown with TRS leaders statements like we will build a wall on krishna etc)
These are reasons for immediate response from common andhra people
Now the same apprehensions has grown with the following reasons
1. Attacks at panjagutta
2. Verbal attacks by telangana leaders
3. Rumours spread by samikya leaders
4. OU garjana episode
5. Adurs episode
This is observation as neutral person
What are the solutions
1. Restrain KCR & Co to use verbal attack as it only increases anti telangana feeling at andhra region ( May be they are necessary at the time of movement building but not now, if same continues always there is newtons third law)
2. Organise the meetings by telangana intelligentia and respected people like Prof.Hara gopal etc at andhra region to convince people regarding apprehension build over time
Last suggestion is – Telangana will be formed only with accepetance of Andhra common people, but not by opposing them
If they opposes, u may not know they have the history of 200 years association with national politics, where as telangana people have only 50 years experience, and andhra lobby is ten times stronger at centre
General response i am expecting is KCR is different and telangana movement is different
but the common andhra people perception is not that, reason is whenever some body made a comment on KCR & Family, u people cries that is abusing entire movement
This is strictly my personal opinion, If i hurts any body by saying nothing but truth, its their problem

Well expressed views but let us also look at this from the Telangana side.
Before December 9, anti-Andhra feelings were low in Telangana. There were comments made by a few people like KCR only. Even these were mostly against politicians (of both sides), not ordinary people. Media twisted these selectively.
Most Telangana people are upset because of the developments on December 10-11 when seemandhra took away "cheti daggaraki vachina Telangana".
Telangana people are also angry with the comments and antics of some "leaders".
I think the confidence levels have to be built by ordinary people on both sides. Your post is one good example.

I agree with u, the movement has percolated down after 10th dec, The only way to come out is not by hatred, I request the active forums in telengana to organise the meetings at andhra area with leading organisations, than only problem will be solved

I am answering to the five points raised by you below:
1. Attacks at panjagutta: The whole incident was just 15 minutes without any serious problem. Media hyped it by showing it 20 times
2. Verbal attacks by telangana leaders: see below
3. Rumours spread by samikya leaders: no answer required
4. OU garjana episode: One person said "we will block all roads. Andhraites who go home for Sankranthi can not return". He did not threaten to stop Andhraites. Please note Kodandaram condemned this statement & also it was not included in the official statement released at the end
5. Adurs episode: Though Kavitha called for a boycott, JAC & TRS did not do so.
Now let us come to the loose talk on both sides. KCR is using intemperate language for the last 10 years (mostly against other Telangana leaders). Sometimes he (and people like Gaddar) does it deliberately just to get attention. But the language is almost never against ordinary Andhraites.
Because of credibility ofKCR, Gaddar etc. in seemandhra people & the media, this got twisted and blown out of proportion.
