Iternal squabbles in the Congress led to communal riots in the old city : Chandrababu Naidu
The Telugu Desam president, Mr N. Chandrababu Naidu, alleged on Friday that that internal squabbles in the Congress led to communal riots in the old city of Hyderabad.
The Central and the state intelligence agencies failed to nip the trouble in the bud and this had sullied the image of the city, scaring away investors, said the TD president.
“The Congress leaders have alleged the hand of outsiders in the riots,” he said. “Is it not intelligence failure? The poor are paying a heavy price for the internal squabbles in the Congress. People are now suspicious of each other.”
Mr Naidu said this while welcoming a group of BJP leaders and activists from Dharmavaram in Anantapur district who joined the Telugu Desam in his presence.
He said the government had also failed provide succour to the people in the riot-affected areas.
“The government failed to provide essential commodities and medical care,” he said. “Milk is being sold at 100 times its cost.”
He recalled that the former Chief Minister, Dr M. Channa Reddy, had once alleged that party men had triggered riots to bring down his government. “That is Congress history,” he said.
“But when Telugu Desam was in power, there were no communal riots,” he added.

@Khan, above is version of CBN, the police version is the TWO corporators belonging to TDP r the main culprits, if that is true, CBN by using his henchmen, and the money from telgi associates using to incite riots to defame congress and peopl like u will trumpent that there were no riots in CBN tenure and TDP will get benefited from the riots it 'incited'. As reproted this RS is working for Hindivahini, means TDP and CBN already went in to defence by sending their ppl to join and work for Hindu organisations so when needed they can incite violence and when needed keep the city in peace, shame of TDP CBN and its admirers. If this is the case I prefer BJP or Shivsena which openly says something against Muslims not like TDP or Congress 'chaapa kinda neeru' and creating nice emotional traps for Muslims. Shame on the Muslims who follow TDP and congress.

Syed,
I really doubt if CBN does some thing like this. What is the benefit that he will get by doing this.
For the past more than 15 years every thing is peaceful. Hindus and Muslims are living together without problems. Though they don't love each other, atleast stopped hating each other which is very vital for communal harmony.
The problem is with perceptions because they are transparent. Truth is always opaque or translucent.

@Khan, u must know the difference between a crime and offense. Those in gulf jails r not criminals I don't know about ur knowledge of Gulf, but what we who live in gulf knows that, this is an intolerant society and even for small things like 'traffic violations' person will be jailed for a maximum of 3 days, those r in jails r the offenders of sponsor system.

have no clue, other than keeping those ‘politically unemployed’ busy with a job of their dreams.
What those politicians could not do so far in the last (about) 50+ years while in the ruling party or in the opposition party, that they could suddenly do now if Telangana becomes a separate state?
If you put rupee by rupee spent on each district after Andhra became a separate state, I don’t see any region of the state treated disproportionately.

why should they offend. why can't they play by the system. gulf is not india where one can do any thing and get away. infact even in India we should have such rules. The one who burns a bus, he and his entire family will be burnt along with the bus.

@Khan, I don't need to explain u how foreigners sometimes get cheated by the agents (maihly by the agents) and sometimes by the companies. The sponsor system in the gulf is the key and one of the main reasons of foreigners' misery. some ppl out of better earnings may have jumped and some have been caught and put behind bars.
Khan I am thinking to join ur classes (if u could conduct) to get expertise in the course of 'EXAGGERATING' do u have any crash course for this?
Ur comments r just 'Gorantalu Kondantalu' nothing else. u wrote about Chenna Reddy he took 30 suitcases of money, dear those days surely the whole AP satate budget could fit in one suitcase. Now the 35000 T ppl in gulf jails, come on don't make such silly comments using stupid statistics.
