Election Commission serves another notice to DS
The election commission has served yet another notice to PCC chief D. Srinivas on Wednesday for violating the model code of conduct for the by-elections to be held in the Telangana region. D. Srinivas is contesting from the Nizamabad Urban assembly constituency.
The Commission acted on the complaint lodged by K.Kavita, daughter of Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief K. Chandrasekhara Rao and president of Telangana Jagruti Samiti.
According to the election commission, Srinivas violated the provisions of model code of conduct by giving an assurance to the voters that Sonia Gandhi and the Srikrishna Panel are in favour of a separate Telangana.
The Commission has asked DS to give an explanation on the statement by 11 a.m. Thursday. It has also warned that the commission would be forced to take some action against the Congress party if he continues to violate.
Earlier, the election commission has warned D.Srinivas to be more cautious and not violate the model code of conduct in letter and spirit.

No more cheating and fooling the people of Telangana. If congress is sincere, they should demonstrate their commitment towards Telangana by moving a resolution on the floor of the Assembly,issue a WHIP to its members to vote for the resolution.Simply talking about Telangana at the time of elections is a shameful act on the part of a national party like congress. REMEMBER- The entire world is reporting the events and it will not go down well in international arena if congress continuous its game of cheating Telanganites for the sake of votes and seats.

Further my opinion is put on a Telangana Blog and not Andhra Blog.As has been pointed out earlier by ADMIN- that this blog does not tolerate anti-telangana statements, although you may be having a right to do so.Also see my earlier comments- I have told so many times that migration to Hyderabad cannot be questioned, since it is guaranteed by the constitution. The debate is about nonlocals taking away jobs intended for locals in HYDERABAD. As per rules nonlocals cannot exceed 15% but has this happenned? Tomorrow your children will also feel the same heat, because they after becoming locals cannot tolerate recently migrated nonlocals to take away the jobs in Hyderabad.

The foul mouth and loose mouth of DS's son is the cause of DS's failure in last elections. His son is a mayor in Nizamabad. Due, to the foul and loose mouth of his son, the people of Nizamabad opted to vote against DS.
Again, to not add fuel to the fire, DS is keeping his son out of the bye-elections. His son is being sent abroad on vacation.
This is the sorry state of a failed congress leader.
Jai Telangana, vote for anyone but the Congress, TDP, Praja Rajyam, Lok Satta this time in the bye-elections.

U say ur supporter of Telangana, but u criticise people who proudly claim they are Telanganites.
Hyderabad has many people from different parts of india living since 5 generations.
They became part and parcel of telangana culture and heritage, they co exist with native Telanganites in cutural relations and festivals aswell.
On the other side we have SA settlers in Hyderabad who never mingle with local Telanganites, they openly criticise Telangana culture, language,food,festivals etc, etc. They always feel superior and assume to have come to teach culture, food,festivals and language to telangana people. Such is the arrogance of these SA settlers.
Even now Telangana people are generous to accept SA settlers as their brothers even after State formation.
SA settlers should not prove themselves as THINE ANNAMLO UMMESE JAATI.

Already he got warnings twice from election commission even then he violated third time. For other party members they are taking firm action and arresting them. Why not the same for this guy. Is the election commission working for a party or is independent constitutional org.?
