Are we not part of the state ? : KCR
Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) president K. Chandrasekhar Rao has warned of a severe backlash if the State government did not officially celebrate the Telangana Liberation Day on September 17.
Reacting to reported refusal of Chief Minister K. Rosaiah to concede the demand during his visit to Warangal on Sunday, Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao asked what was the objection of the State government to observe the occasion officially when Maharashtra and Karnataka were doing it in parts of their own States that were liberated from the erstwhile Hyderabad State.
Is it to see that the people of Telangana lost their identity?. “Are we not part of the State?”, he questioned. Mr. Chandrasekhar Rao asserted that there was no way the government could escape from celebrating the occasion. Otherwise, it must face a major agitation.
He asked Congress MPs and MLAs in Telangana to pull down the government by quitting the party. This was a testing time for them as the self-respect of Telangana was involved. The Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief also said he would meet Governor E.S.L. Narasimhan and Mr. Rosaiah to convey to them the party’s stand on the issue.
They would be forewarned that the administration would be paralysed if the demand was not met. Earlier, Mr. Rao admitted into Telangana Rashtra Samiti several Telugu Desam and Praja Rajyam supporters from Nalgonda and Ranga Reddy districts.
He promised a 355 km flood flow canal from Jurala project in Mahbubnagar to Pakal lake in Warangal district in separate Telangana. No government in the past had designed such a project to supply water to Telangana by gravity at least when there were flash floods in Krishna, the Telangana Rashtra Samiti president said.

At least now when such a massive agitation is on ,the state govt must and should concede the demand to celebrate it officially.when 1 november is celebrated then what is wrong with 17 sep ? It amply clears how selfish and arrogant these seemandhras are ? !They will all pay very soon, for their stupidity.

Prakash have patience.we are arriving step by step nearer our goal and let not the enemy gain sympathy by our emotional mistakes.we shud be practical.we shud behave as citizens of telangana state and never allow our formidable enemy any place to raise accusing finger, for they are experts in making mountains out of mole hills.so we will not plan anything on that day except doing things peacefully and if prevented, protesting also peacefully ! this should be our approach.

Yes,I agree with the point that September 17 should be officially celebrated and be declared as a State holiday just like Maharashtra and Karnataka are celebrating in those states.Political JAC led by Prof.Kodandaram garu should plan mass movements on that day paralysing Administration and it should pay floral respects to thousands of Telangana Martyrs who have laid their valuable Lives for Telangana.

“Telangana” is the only place in the world which is not celebrating its Independence Day.
How shame it is? We are celebrating 15th August, which has no relevance to our mother land. But we should celebrate our Independence Day.
We got independence from Nizam on 17.09.1948, but we lost it on 01.11.1956. So there is a need of another fight for liberation of “Telangana Thalli”.

SA Politicians are against celberating September 17th Officially coz,they do not want the people/young generation to know about the history/telangana freedom fight.They have never bothered to include about telangana history in school text books.We read about prakasham panthulu or potti sreeramulu (who were no way related to Telangana !) but were not told about Makhdoom Mohiuddin or ravinarayana reddy !! How many of us knew that Telanagana was a part of seperate sovereign country when India got Independance !! And Telangana was nver direclty under British Rule !! When we are celebrating Indian Independance day with national spirit ,even though we have not got Independance on September 17th,I on’t why the AP government is reluctant !!

17th september should be celebrated in par with 15 August. We should bring sufficient pressure on state Government or we should take massive agitation programme. Our congress leaders I don’t what they are doing, Are they sleeping. I think they are only capable of giving big statements in papers that they will be doing struggle like militants. As congress is both in state and Centre and state it is easy for them getting things done. I request all Telnagana Tigers to take up massive agitation programme for 17th September to be celebrated.

As Telangana life was not known through text books, we probably heard from our Grand Parents and Fathers, that too a limited informaton what they knew. I too participated in 1969 Telangana agitation when I was 15 years old, but this September 17 issue was not raised.
However, it is good to know our bases and history of Telangana through September 17 now, which is a very important and respected history, and this need to be passed on to present and future generation through proper media.

1.What did KCR did for telangana when he was a minister (Did not think of Telangana then), Assembly speaker (Did not think of Telangana then) Only after not getting Minister post from Naidu he thought to take this as his political career, Central minister as Labour Minister and Now MP for Mahabub Nagar , did he even care to do anything to Mahabubnagar as MP when it was in floods mind you he was for Telangana cause.He did not gave a single paise neither from his pocket nor from the party fund for the victims of Mahabub nagar floods. He does not deserve the right to rule Telangana, selfish Motive guy.
Why did Jayashankar tell KCR to develop Telangana region atleast when KCR in power. What was Jayashankar doing all through this time since 1956. Did he not see that in 70s , 80s . All these guys are selfish to the core for their own personal gains.
2. Did Gudisela venkatswamy(G.VENKATSWAMY) did anything for Telangana and was only interested for His posts and his land grabbing.
He was MP, Minister right from the Indira Gandhi Period at centre
3.Did Marri Chenna Reddy who championed Telangana did anything to Telangana who did nothing after getting CM post neither his son.
4.Harish Rao, KT Rao , Kavitha, Etela Rajender did they do anything for the welfare of telangana only they were instrumental spinning up the Telangana sentiments for their political career and keeping in view of telangana Money, rather they are more involved in Milking money from cinema producers and Andhra corporate colleges by coercing and pressurising them, Do they have any faithfull conscience to develop and work for betterment of Telangana.
5. Does Madhu Yashki Goud did anything good for Nizamabad who thinks he is a Telangana strong supports rather projects himself , did he even make any efforts to develop his Nizamabad constituency.
6.Did PV Narasimha Rao being the Prime Minister a telangana Bidda who stood from Nandyal (Rayalaseema area) won with a thumping majority of 5 lakh votes did nothing for either Vangara in karimnagar or telangana at large Mind you PRIME MINISTER EVERY PORTFOLIO OF NAITON AND POWER WITH HIM.
7.Chenna Reddy, T. Anjayya, PV NARASIMHA RAO, JALAGAM VENGALA RAO as CMs of Telangana did nothing for Telangana.
8.Ponnala lakhmaiah being Irrigation minister from Telangana did not do anything good for nothing for telangana in his entire regime of 6 years only filled up his tijori. In the past as well Irrigation Ministers from telanagana did nothing for the land, it is their sheer negligence and laziness and lack of knowledge that now Telangana meted out injustice.
9. Did shibu soren who is Chief of JHARKHAND mukti morcha and who carved out Seperate Jharkhand state is only eager for Power he sided with BJP and congress to get CM gaddi never cared for development of Jharkhand 9 years in Jharkhand 8 times election everytime hung and this person only comes for bargaining for CM post and his Money not at all bothered of Jharkhand state development for which he fought he only fought for this Power and Money of Jharkhand. Same will be case of Telangana KCR is also power and Money hungry he will never care for development of Telangana not at all bothered only he and his family he is bothered he will bargain for the powere and mind you all the Telangana resources would be further looted by him. Certain regions of telangana TRS is strong certain areas Congress certain Areas Even BJP is strong and Certain Areas TDP so there is bound to be Hung assembly each and every time this Power Hungry KCR would do same way as shameless SHIBU SOREN of JMM.
Does the future CM of telagana if at all it forms does he has the same nijayathi and honestry non corrupt and one who works for development the great Tanguturi prakasham panthulu who was a spotless CM sacrificed his life for betterment after seperation of Andhra from Madras state.
My heart feels a lot to see students committing suicides for this day where we are going to see not good telangana leaders ruling telangana for its development but these bad selfish guys corrupt to the core. Will they do anything for the good and development of TELANGANA AFTER ITS FORMATION.
10.Lawyers of Telangana are thinking that they were deprived of promotions and they are not getting elevation in their lawyer and judge posts in City high court , in professional services who ever shows talent he is rewarded with promotions and increments and posts , subhashan reddy is perfect example for that.
Now the copying of judges and their suspension is only making pointing to the flaws in the polished skills of lawyers and judges at large in telangana region, its really shame of them resorting to such things , only leaders need to be blamed for the lack of good Higher Judiciary educational system in telangana.
11. Ramreddy damodar reddy, k.keshav rao(Former PCC) , D.srinivas (Present PCC).,Jeevan Reddy, Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy( IT minister), Geetha Reddy(Tourism & Cinematography), Ponnam Prabhakar (MP), Sukhender reddy, Sarve Satyanarayana, basvaraj, Madhu yashki goud (MP), venugopalachary , sabitha indra reddy (HOME MINISTER) , kadiam srihari, Devender Goud ,Janardhan Reddy , vidyasagar rao, Jaipal Reddy(CENTRAL MINISTER) , Anjan Kumar Yadav(MP),Kishen Reddy, Shabbir Ali,Konda Surekha, Sridhar Babu (Higher Education Minister), all of them did they ever bother for the development of Telangana when they were ruling.
My dear fellow telanganites think, after formation of telangana it would have no change except that previously all resources of telanagana are jointly looted by Andhra Pradesh politicians(Telangana, Andhra , Rayalseema) and but after its formation it would be only by Telangana politicians who are very hungry try to eat them all at one gulp.
12.After formation of T STATE the development aspect it would also not improve as All the telangana constituencies till now whether you take NIZAMABAD , WARANGAL, KARIMNAGAR, ADILABAD, MAHABUBNAGAR, KHAMMAM, NALGONDA, Are being ruled by Telangana’s own MPS , MLAs , ZP posts or the corporators are all from the telangana region itself did they develop anything for it rail, buses, roads , water education, food, agriculture.
What were these Telangana leaders doing when Andhra contract farmers who leased lands in Telangana and turned the barren lands in telangana to fertile lands are the leaders in telangana did not have the basic responsibility to educate the farmers or do Andhras have better farming techniques or are these leaders of telangana never bothered of it.Are these leaders making the people drink arrack and toddy and making them lazy and make merry.

When KCR did the niraharadeeksha(May be it was for good or bad) and when all telangana people got to know that just after 12 hours he took drinks and saline etc… Why people from all telangana districts protested against it?
