Two Desam seniors may join TRS
After second-rung Telugu Desam (TD) leaders joining TRS and Congress, rumours of TD MLAs Revuri Prakash Reddy and Satyavathi Rathod switching loyalties are doing rounds in Warangal.
Though senior Warangal TD leaders admit in private about the planned flight of Mr Reddy and Ms Rathod to TRS, they are more worried about a mass exodus by party workers after December 31, the deadline for Srikrishna Committee to submit its report on the statehood issue to the Centre.
“Not only Mr Reddy (Narsempet MLA) and Ms Rathod (Dornakal MLA), even Kadiam Srihari is also trying to leave the party,” said a senior TD leader, who attended a meeting with party high command in Hyderabad a couple of days ago. It may be recalled that after Centre’s December 9 statement, Mr Prakash Reddy, who is also TD’s district president, had shot off his ‘resignation’ letter on December 11 to the Assembly Speaker in protest against the turnaround made by TD chief N. Chandrababu Naidu.
TD sources said that Mr Reddy has been holding internal talks with the cadre loyal to him on the desertion move after the outcome of the bypolls.
On condition of anonymity, the TD leader said that Ms Satyavathi Rathod would also follow suit depending on the move taken by Mr Srihari.
The Dornakal MLA, who actively took part in JAC meetings during the height of the Telangana movement, is known to be a follower of Mr Srihari.
With local bodies’ poll round the corner, TD’s lower rung leaders in mandals are known to be on agitation path as they are wary of facing the rural masses on the party’s uncertain policy on statehood issue.
As of now, TD has 350 sarpanches, 300 MPTCs, 22 ZPTCs and four corporators in Warangal.
However, they are expected to wait in the wings until December 31, when Congress’ stand on Telangana issue would be known.
Sources said based on the Congress’s next move after the submission of Srikrishana report, it could be either advantage to TRS or Congress as regard getting Warangal TD activists in large number into their fold.
The TD’s district unit is already in shambles due to infighting among Mr Prakash Reddy, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Mr Srihari.
The elevation of Ms Gundu Sudha Rani as Rajya Sabha member too has not been of much help, as TD leaders claimed that after she became MP, three corporators joined TRS.
Then, one former TD corporator, N. Nareder, who joined TRS recently, had spent heavily to put up flexi boards of Ms Gundu Sudha Rani during her arrival as Rajaya Sabha MP to Warangal for the first time.
TD sources now claim that the party cannot be rescued unless the party high command gives a go ahead for setting up of an independent Telangana Telugu Desam unit.

TDP telangana fellows are like Jackals, just like their boss. So they are waiting in wings to see the direction of air blowing to take decision,is nothing but pure opportunism. If they are not jackals then why cant they straight way jump to TRS and proove their sincerety which will be a step nearer to achieving telangana statehood ?

Cunning TDP fellows ! They are torn between their mother land Telangana and their cunning boss CBN. actually CBN is not their real boss, their real boss was NTR senior.so if they ditch this cbn and join TRS they will not be termed as traitors because cbn is a even bigger traitor. Had NTR been alive he would have straight way supported Telangana.

Hi Friends,
I don’t think so these fellows will join our Telangana movement, why because.
These fellows have done many corruptions during TDP regime. If they quit, then waste fellow CBN will reveal all the things.
Next thing is that we can not trust TDP fellows who can not fight untill the war gets completed. They always want money and fame.
If we look in to the case of Mr.Devendar goud,he quit his own Party(I forgot that party name) and then PRP where he didn’t get the enough money and fame.
Now if they join the movement also we can not trust about their 100% commitment towards Telangana.
They may infact dilute the movement.
BUT NEVERTHELESS friends our fight for Telangana will never stop untill we get Telangana.
At the same time we should be carefull about these “Chameleons”.
Jai Telangana.

i don’t think these ppl will join in TRS becse there they wont get good position and respect since already so many well established leaders in TRS.
These TDP leaders need good position and role in parties than the Telangana movement that’s y they are struggling to come out from TRS.
simple logic they well known about CBN than us that CBN never support Telangana and he is the main person established fake united ap movement on dec 9th mid night by sending messages and calls to SA ledar.even he spoken with Lagadapati ,rayapati, kavuri like lutchas becse basically theses all are business mans.
But one thing if they wont take any decision they r going to out from the Telangana who ever it is.
I seen Dayakar rao since my childhood I know hw much famous he was in his constancy but now the situation is very difficult to him also even he knows that but he cant quit from there.

End of the TDP Chapter in Telangana. Bloody CBN conspired and sent Devender Gowd and Peddi Reddy from TDP and started Nava Telangana Party to garner telangana sentimental votes into TDP after rejoining them into TDP. No use, now. Bury TDP to save Telangana.
Destroy SA rulership.
Bury SA media.

I don’t know if it is a good or bad news for us. Can we believe these TDP and Congress leaders? Are they honest and worth? People are rejected in last bypoll. They want to keep their political life secure.
Why do they want to join TRS? They can start Telangana TDP and contribute directly. T-TDP is unregisters as political party so far. Its a good chance for them to do instead joining TRS.
To be honest I don’t like to hear joining, later jumpping and irretating comments.
anyhow, fall of TDP is a good news for me and for every telanganites. Looking futher same for selfish telangana congress leaders.

Fall of TDP is good news. This gives more confidence to Congress for declaring formation of Telangana state once again. Yes this politics but unfortunately this the way it is.
