Telangana Martyr Memorial Yatra begins today.
An 11-day “Telangana martyr memorial yatra”, organised by the BJP to console families of those who died to press for a separate Telangana, will begin today in Nalgonda district. BJP MLA of Nizamabad Laxminarayana will launch the yatra at Podichedu village in Nalgonda district.
The yatra will cover over 500 villages in Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar, Rangareddy, Hyderabad and Medak in south Telangana, he said. Besides consoling family members of those who died, the aim of yatra is to expose ruling Congress party and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) for their double speak on Telangana issue, Dattatreya said.
Several party leaders including state unit president G Kishan Reddy, national secretary Dr K Laxman and others would participate in the yatra and address the public meetings. Demanding the government to withdraw the cases booked against students for participating in the separate Telangana movement, BJP leader Dattatreya appealed to students not to commit suicides and fight for separate state.
The yatra will pass for three days in Nalgonda district from today and through 26 villages before entering Mahabubnagar. Four public meetings would be organised in Nalgonda district. Of the 400 persons who committed suicide in support of separate state, 75 persons including students hailed from five districts of South Telangana.

Rajkiran,
Thank you for the information, how many of us really know about Flood Water Management? Our great Scholors, Rulers do not know while country like China already advanced in it.
Really what stops India to go for these projects? We all know that most of Flood water goes to sea, and we will have the water problem for drinking from very next month.

Why to mention the words “south telangana”? mentioning the districts is enough.
